Declaration of commissioning
After commissioning the generation system, the following evidence should be provided:
- Unit certificates for type A and B plant certificates,
- Component certificates,
- plant certificate,
- Assessment report for the plant certificate,
- EZA declaration of commissioning, which contains the following data:
- Commissioning protocol for transfer stations (e.g.: BDEW Form F.4 VDE AR-N 4110 - Appendix E.7 or comparable documents);
- Commissioning protocol for generation units (e.g: BDEW Form F.5, VDE AR-N 4110 - Appendix E.10 or comparable documents);
- Protection test report of the transfer station;
- Protection test report of the generation unit;
- Complete single-line diagram including short-circuit protection and decoupling protection devices and associated switchgear;
- Installed generating units:
- Type with serial number,
- The main components listed in the unit certificate (including software versions);
- Installed components/EZA controller (type with serial number);
- Installed equipment, e.g:
- Characteristics and tap changers of the transformers,
- cable lengths and types;
- Functional verification of active power control;
- Proof of function of the reactive power control;
- Setting log of the EZA controller;
- Proof of UPS power balance at the NAP and, if applicable, at intermediate protection devices (PV only);
- Commissioning log of the generator transformers;
- Proof of arc fault qualification of the switchgear;
- Test reports (calibration certificates) of the current and voltage transformers;
- Test report of the billing and comparative measurement;
- Manufacturer's declaration on the parameter set of the generating units;
