Our express service is designed for plant operators who need a certificate at short notice, especially when the timeframe is less than four months or significantly shorter. Your documentation must be complete and technically accurate, or only minor adjustments must be required.
Although we have significantly shortened the process, our standards remain just as high. Quality, attention to detail, and compliance with all regulatory requirements remain our top priorities. The express procedure is not a "streamlined" process, but rather a clearly structured, prioritized workflow that we offer only when capacity is available. This ensures that no compromises are made, even under time pressure.
The process begins with your inquiry, which should include your planned launch date. Then, we will review our available resources and the scope of the project internally. If the requirements are met, we will send you a non-binding quote that includes a fixed timeframe.
The process consists of two brief review cycles, each lasting no more than two weeks. There is a clearly defined period in between for you to make any necessary corrections. The sooner you submit complete and accurate documents, the sooner we can issue your certificate.
After the second inspection cycle is finished, you will receive your system certificate or a corresponding inspection report, if necessary.
Transparent terms and conditions for maximum planning reliability
Expedited processing under the express procedure is subject to clearly defined terms and conditions. We charge a 50 percent surcharge on the regular price for system certification. A 20 percent surcharge applies to the declaration of conformity because this step occurs earlier in the process.
